It is also possible for you to rotate between these units and PICU, an opportunity which provides you with one of the best preparations for a career in children’s critical care nursing anywhere!  As a new graduate, Critical care may all sound a bit scary but you’ll be offered a thorough induction and dedicated and expert practice development support so put your worries aside. The successful candidate will:
•   Have completed a Degree in Nursing
•   Have a minimum of twelve months experience in either Neonates or Paediatrics and ideally have completed post graduate training
•   Have, or be eligible for, NMC registration in UK
•   Have a passion for children’s nursing and a willingness to learn and develop
•   Demonstrate outstanding communication skills with children and families
